Your costuming interests (renaissance faires, theater, steampunk, anime cosplay, whatever floats your boat.)?
Would you like your newsletter on paper via US Mail or as a .pdf digital file by e-mail?

Calculate your annual dues as follows:

(A) Local membership:
-Individual Membership = $10
-or Household Membership (more than one person at same address) = $13
- or Newsletter Subscription Only = $8

(B) International Costume Guild membership:
-Individual membership = $8
-or Household Membership = $8 + $4 for every additional member at the same address.

Total = A + B

Please write a check for the total and mail it to:
